A desktop preview cannot show every problem someone might meet on a real phone. Check the finished website at a narrow width and, when possible, open the actual link on your own device. Focus on whether a visitor can read, understand and complete the main task comfortably.
Start at the top
Read the first screen without zooming. The project name, purpose and next step should be understandable. Watch for a heading broken into awkward single-word lines, text hidden behind navigation or a large image pushing all useful information far down the page. Longer translated text can reveal issues that are not visible in English.
Follow the main task
Tap the primary action, navigate to projects and try the contact route. Confirm that links are large enough to use without selecting the wrong one. Check any external document or booking destination as well; a good homepage does not fix an unusable next step.
Inspect the whole page
Scroll to the footer and look for sideways overflow, clipped words and images that hide their subjects. Check portrait and landscape orientations. Increase the device’s text size if available and see whether content still fits. Avoid judging only the first attractive section.
Recheck after an edit
A longer service name or new photograph can change spacing. Review the sections you changed and the content immediately around them. If you use more than one website language, inspect each available version rather than assuming the layout stays the same.
