Cancellation and Refunds

Updated 5 November 2026. Public account access is being prepared; online services currently require approved access.

Stop renewal

Open Account and select Manage subscription and receipts to open the billing portal. Cancel renewal for your account’s Pro subscription. For ordinary cancellation, coverage continues through the confirmed paid-through date and stops renewing. Unpublishing does not cancel a subscription. If the outcome is unclear, check the provider confirmation or contact support@vollsite.com before attempting another payment.

If you change the billing interval, review the effective date, any immediate charge or credit, and the estimated next amount before confirming. Annual billing is charged yearly. The AI allowance still refreshes monthly.

What happens to your website

When coverage ordinarily expires, a seven-day hosting transition applies before Free hosting and branding rules take effect. Extra published websites are taken offline to enforce the account’s one Free publication limit. Unpublish sites before expiry if you want to choose the one to retain. A refund or revocation can end paid access sooner. The account-wide subscription covers all of your websites together. Your draft remains available for editing and export under the applicable limits.

Request a refund

VollSite does not offer voluntary refunds or a money-back guarantee. Payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund or Paddle grants one. Mandatory withdrawal rights and remedies for a faulty or misdescribed service still apply where available. Using the product or AI requests does not by itself waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Cancellation stops future renewal. Cancel the subscription separately if you also request a refund. Request a refund separately through Paddle at https://paddle.net. You can also contact support@vollsite.com with the transaction reference and a short explanation. Never send card details or bank credentials. A request is not confirmation of approval.

If a paid service is unavailable, substantially different from what was promised, or supplied late, contact us so we can investigate the service issue. We will help you reach Paddle for the payment review. Any remedy you have under applicable law remains available.

Account-wide Pro

One monthly or yearly subscription covers your account, including up to five published websites and ten unpublished drafts. Canceling renewal affects the whole account at the end of the paid period, unless a refund or revocation ends access sooner. Deleting or unpublishing a website does not stop account renewal. AI and storage remain shared. After expiry, Free publication and draft limits apply; existing content stays editable and exportable. Extra publications go offline under the downgrade process and custom-domain hosting has a seven-day transition period.
