VollSite Service Terms

Using the service

VollSite helps you build, edit and publish public informational websites. It provides a hosted browser builder, publishing and optional AI features. Use an email address you control and keep sign-in codes secure. A Custom request is a request for separate review. It does not agree a price or delivery date.

You retain your rights in the material you submit. You give VollSite permission to store, process, render and serve it as needed to provide the features you select. You must have permission to use the material you publish. Only publish information you want others to see. Unpublishing stops VollSite from serving the site, but third parties may retain copies.

Review generated content and translations before using them. Manual editing is available without requesting AI. Planning, generation, requested edits and AI translations draw from the account allowance. A dispatched request may count even if it fails. The allowance refreshes monthly, including for annual plans. We do not guarantee uptime without interruption, indexing, rankings, traffic or business results.

Plans and payment

One Pro subscription covers your whole account, with up to 10 unpublished drafts and 5 simultaneously published websites, each with Pro features. Pro costs USD $9.99 per month or USD $99 per year, before applicable taxes. The account shares 300 AI requests per UTC calendar month and 250 MiB of supported file storage; additional websites do not multiply these allowances. Review the amount, currency, tax, interval and renewal terms shown at checkout before confirming. A subscription renews until canceled. Unpublishing a website does not stop its renewal.

Paddle is the authorized reseller for web purchases. You purchase through Paddle, and REGZ provides access to VollSite under these terms. Paddle handles payment processing and payment-related support, including refunds. See the cancellation and refunds page for how to stop renewal and request a refund.

VollSite does not offer voluntary refunds or a money-back guarantee. Payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund or Paddle grants one. Cancellation stops future renewal and preserves account-wide Pro until the paid period ends; request any refund separately through Paddle. After Pro ends, content remains editable and exportable. Free limits apply: three unpublished drafts and one published Free website. Existing excess drafts are preserved; creating new drafts is paused until within the limit. Extra publications are taken offline under the existing downgrade process, and custom domains have a seven-day transition period. You can unpublish sites beforehand to choose the website you keep on Free.

Acceptable use and service restrictions

Do not use VollSite for phishing, malware, fraud, unsolicited bulk messages, infringement, impersonation, unlawful content or disclosure of another person’s private information without permission. Do not interfere with the service or bypass access, quota or payment controls. The automatic builder is designed for public information. Private portals, customer payments, visitor uploads and custom software need separate review.

Do not use VollSite to create, upload or share child sexual abuse material or intimate material without consent. Use the support page to report unlawful material, impersonation or privacy abuse on a published website.

We may limit access or publication to address abuse, security incidents, expired coverage or a legal requirement. When appropriate, we will explain the restriction and offer a review through support. We may act promptly when there is an immediate risk.

Exports, deletion and changes

Use the available controls to export your content or account data, take a site offline or request deletion. An export may contain private information and references to hosted files. Keep it secure and save your original uploads separately. Deleting or unpublishing an individual website does not cancel your account subscription. Resolve active or uncertain web subscriptions before deleting your account. Our privacy policy describes cleanup, backups and provider records.

We provide notice of material changes and obtain consent when required. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
