Keep your work safe

Drafts save on your iPhone. Use Export my website before replacing a local draft or deleting it. Sync sends your current draft to your account. If a newer server version exists, export your local edits before choosing Load server version. Recover websites from account adds missing drafts without replacing existing ones.

Publishing

Review public details and translations before publishing. A failed update keeps the previous live version. The website dashboard shows publication status and the live link. Unpublish removes the live site without deleting your draft. A suspended site requires support review.

Domains

Pro supports a www domain you already own. Follow the exact TXT and CNAME instructions in the app. Do not change mail records. After ownership and HTTPS are ready, review and publish to switch the website address. Disconnect restores the last published version at its platform address; unpublished draft changes remain private. Domain registration is separate from the subscription.

Google visibility

Platform sites need the operator's verified property. For a custom domain, verify the exact URL-prefix property in Search Console, then connect Google from the app. Sitemap submission is not indexing. Checks describe Google's indexed version and may lag. You can disconnect at any time. You can manually inspect your URL in Search Console; Vollsite does not promise rankings or instant indexing.

Purchases and limits

Actual prices are displayed from Apple's configured products. Restore purchases using the Apple account used to buy the subscription. Manage renewal through Apple's subscription settings. Deleting Vollsite or its account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. After ordinary Pro expiry, an existing site has seven days before reverting to platform hosting and branding; only one eligible Free site remains published, while drafts and export remain available. Refund/revocation can end access sooner.

Free provides 50 MB of processed image storage and up to 30 AI proposals per month when AI is enabled; Pro provides 250 MB and up to 300. Both have the same language, custom-field and SEO features, with up to 12 selected website languages, 60 custom details and 20 images per document. Stored versions retain referenced images and count toward storage. Delete obsolete versions to allow unused image cleanup. During private testing, a shared testing budget may limit AI availability; manual editing remains free.

All sites share an operational limit of 600 requests per minute, including images and redirects. Requests above this limit receive a retry response. Hosting is not unlimited; provider capacity or abuse controls may also temporarily restrict access.

Reporting an issue

Describe the action, what you expected and the visible error. Include the app version, iPhone model, iOS version and approximate time. Attach only screenshots you are comfortable sharing after removing private information. Response and resolution times are not guaranteed.
